Dear Friends of PTA,  

Hammond Council invites you, members of the community the opportunity to be a part of the lives of children across the city.  Members’ participation helps PTA provide support to children in schools, homes and in preschool.  Community participation is crucial to the success of our efforts.

We are hoping you would be willing to become a Sponsor Community member for the 2009-2010 school year.  By showing your support, you give everyone an opportunity to continue to be a voice for our, children, schools, and community.  Sponsor Community memberships are $35.00.  The proceeds from your membership will be used to help sponsor student activities across School City of Hammond.  This sponsorship includes donations to Science Olympiad, Science Bowl, Lego League Robotics, Team Hammond Robotics, Academic Decathlon, Spelling Bee and student school related special trips just to name a few.

By becoming a Sponsor Community member, the school of your choice will receive credit for the membership and at the same time you will be helping all children of the council’s district.  To show our appreciation, your name and school will be displayed at our Founder’s Day Banquet on February 12, 2010.  Please make your check out to Hammond Council PTA, and return with the Community Membership Form to:
